Annual Volunteer Registration Release of Liability

For and in consideration of my participation in the Desert Pigs | CLEAN up PAHRUMP® volunteer cleanup program, I release, acquit, and forever discharge Desert Pigs | CLEAN up PAHRUMP®, a non-profit organization, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, actions, or liability, on account of, or in any way, growing out of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily injuries or death or damage to property resulting from, or by reason of my participation in, or transportation to or from, in any activity, work, or work site in any way related to the program. Be alert to potential hazards at all times. If you bring children/pets, they must always be under your supervision. Wildlife is not to be harmed. By signing below you give permission to be added to our mailing list. The undersigned give their permission to be photographed and/or filmed, and allow the images to be used by Desert Pigs | CLEAN up PAHRUMP®.
