Q: This will be my first time at cleanup, what can I expect?
A: The first time you participate we ask you to sign a waiver, which you can download at this link. We ask that you sign in each time you come. We provide one free T-shirt to each new person who joins us. We also provide bags, grabbers, and gloves. Most importantly, expect to meet some new friends and help clean up this town!
Q: How often do you go out on planned and scheduled clean up events?
A: We typically go out every Saturday morning for 1 hour. Times vary with temperature changes.
Q: When do you announce the cleanup location?
A: We typically announce the location by the Wednesday before each Saturday clean up.
Q: How do you choose your locations?
A: We welcome suggestions on areas to clean.
Q: Do you clean up private property?
A: No, we do not clean up private property. We clean up BLM land and tidy up along roadsides and frontages.
Q: I cannot physically help with cleanups. Can I still get involved?
A: Absolutely. We welcome all volunteers. We can always use folks to help lead the clean ups, check folks in/out, and hand out supplies as needed during the cleanup event. Donations are always appreciated as well. Please visit our donation page.
Q: How can I donate?
A: You can donate your time helping at scheduled clean up events, donate clean up supplies, raffle items, or monetary donations. Monetary donations can be made through our website's donation page by clicking on the “donate now” button and following the paypal prompts. We also accept cash, or checks made out to CLEAN up PAHRUMP.
Q: I am a business owner and would like to get involved. How can I show support?
